Returns

If you need to return any item to us, please send it back within 14 days of receipt of the order, under the following conditions:
• Items returned must be in the same exact condition supplied, including all original packaging and labelling.
• Costs incurred by Europharma ltd to effect delivery to customer will be deducted from refund to be effected.
• Costs incurred by customer to return item will not be refunded.
• Products such as medical devices which need specific temperature controlled storage conditions cannot be returned as there is no way of verifying requested temperature storage conditions have been adhered to once delivered to customer.
• To process a return, kindly fill in the Returns Form and bring it to our store alongside the receipts of the purchase.
