Pharmacy Sales Assistant

Europharma Ltd., are seeking to recruit a Sales Assistant on a full-time reduced / part-time basis to support the team at San Gwakkin Pharmacy in Marsascala. 

The ideal candidate should have a natural flair for sales within a retail environment, with an outgoing and welcoming personality. He / She will be the main point of contact between the company and our esteemed customers. It is imperative that applicants are smart, well-groomed, hard-working and passionate about our brands.

About the job

•         Pricing, data entry and expiry dates checking;
•         Ensuring that shelving/displays are clean and maintained to high standards;
•         Serving clients under the Pharmacist’s supervision;
•         Cashing sales and undertaking the checkout process, as required;
•         General retail outlet duties.

Prospective candidates should:

•         Be fluent in English or Malta, or both;Have previous experience in retail environments, ideally in same sector;
•         Have previous experience in retail environments, ideally in the same sector;
•         Have a minimum of O’level standard of education;
•         Be confident working within a team;
•         Be able to work flexible hours, both mornings and evening shifts.
•         Work on their own initiative.
