Sales Representative

Europharma is dedicated to providing innovative healthcare solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, focusing on promoting our products across the Maltese islands, as per company’s exigencies, primarily within pharmacies, supermarkets, baby shops, detergent shops, and other retailers and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target key customers within assigned areas.
• Assess client needs and sell relevant products.
• Conduct weekly visits to strengthen relationships and upsell.
• Drive sales growth and exceed targets.
• Ensure attractive product displays at customer locations.
• Process orders and follow up as needed.
• Educate clients on products for better recommendations.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Contribute ideas to increase sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Solid product knowledge and the ability to educate clients.
• Previous sales experience preferably in the medical field.
• Proficiency with retail software and Microsoft Office.
• A valid driving licence and experience driving in Malta.
