Europharma is looking for a results-driven Medical Sales Manager to oversee the department responsible for sales and marketing of healthcare products sold through the various channels in which the company operates. These include sales through Europharma Medical Center; online sales; and also through public procurement processes.
This role is focused on driving sales growth and profitability, mentoring staff, and overseeing product promotion and after-sales service. This role also includes identifying niche markets, and introducing new products accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare products, strong stakeholder relationships, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the whole Medical sales department to meet growth targets.
- Driving sales of existing portfolios to grow business with current suppliers, whilst also identifying and starting collaborations with new suppliers.
- Identify growth opportunities with the Heathcare and Medical Sector, including para-pharmaceutical market.
- Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders, to foster long term relationships and sustainable growth.
- Mentor staff and train end users for optimal product use.
- Promote healthcare products to key stakeholders, including hospitals and clinics.
- Oversee operations at the Europharma Medical Centre, boosting sales and managing day-to-day activities.
- Develop marketing campaigns, in collaboration with the marketing team, to promote medical products and the medical centre.
- Responsible for posting on social marketing, and coordinating customer feedback such posts demand.
- Ensure visual merchandising maximises sales through effective product display.
- Manage after-sales service and customer care to ensure satisfaction.
- Control stock levels, minimising loss and ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, and orders with suppliers as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical sales with a strong understanding of healthcare products and the industry.
- Relevant healthcare-related qualification, such as, nursing, medical technology, or similar.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of stock control, marketing, and visual merchandising.
